Stillflow: A Day of Reconnection November 08, 2026 From 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Stillflow: A Day of Reconnection
This is not another day retreat. We are not running away from ourselves—we are creating the space to reconnect with ourselves.
Step away from the noise of everyday life and spend a day surrounded by movement, stillness, nature, nourishing food, and thoughtful connection.
Hosted by Leah Ann Hill Event & Retreat Center at beautiful Harvest Hills Ranch in East Texas, Stillflow is an intimate day experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and simply receive.
Stillflow will be co-hosted by our beloved Kristi Bult of Every Heart Yoga.
November 8,2026 From 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM, the day will gently move between our beautiful air-conditioned retreat center and the peaceful outdoor spaces of Harvest Hills Ranch.
And because Texas weather can be unpredictable, the experience has been thoughtfully designed to flex with the day. Whether we are enjoying the breeze beneath the trees or gathering inside the comfort of our climate-controlled event center, the experience will remain beautiful, comfortable, and intentional.
Both Leah and Kristi are highly trained and certified practitioners who have studied with respected teachers in their fields and devoted years to personal practice, continued education, and working with others.
Just as important, they bring warmth, compassion, and years of experience creating spaces where people feel safe enough to slow down, soften, and be present.
This day is not about performing or doing something perfectly.
It is about being cared for.
The Journey
Our day begins with the element of wind.
Kristi will lead a beautiful Tai Chi-inspired flow beneath a beautiful oak tree, using gentle and intentional movement to awaken the body, open its energy, and begin the transition away from the noise of everyday life.
Afterward, we will enjoy a light refreshment before moving into silence.
Together, we will take a peaceful silent walk through the ranch to the Still Water Pond.
Waiting for you beneath the trees will be chilled water and your own comfortable resting space beneath the water oak and shaded gazebo tent.
Here, there is nowhere you need to be.
You may journal.
You may close your eyes.
You may simply sit beside the water.
The gentle resonance of Tibetan singing bowls and restorative frequencies will move through the space as you are invited to rest, reflect, and listen.
We will then move into a guided body-tapping session, creating an opportunity to release tension, reconnect with the body, and let go of what may no longer serve you.
From the pond, we will make our silent journey back to the retreat center.
From Our Ranch to Your Table
Waiting for you will be a true and honest farm-to-table meal, prepared with the same care and intention as the rest of the day.
The proteins served at Stillflow are raised right here at Harvest Hills Ranch by Dr. Arland and Leah Hill.
Our sides, snacks, and special artisan treats will be sourced from other local farms.
It is food with a story.
Food grown and raised by people you know.
And food meant to be enjoyed slowly, around the table, with genuine conversation and connection.
Completing the Day
After our meal, Kristi will guide the group through a deeply relaxing restorative yoga flow.
No pushing.
No performing.
Simply gentle movement, supported positions, breath, and rest as the body settles and the experiences of the day come together.
By 3:30 PM, our hope is that you leave Harvest Hills Ranch feeling a little quieter, a little lighter, and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
Stillflow is not about escaping your life. It is about returning to yourself within it.
Movement. Stillness. Nature. Nourishment. Connection.
Sometimes, a single day is enough to remind us how good it feels to slow down and reconnect.
*Please note a waiver must be signed before the registration payment process begins.
